At Real Marks (RM), we strive to process and ship orders quickly and efficiently.
1. Order Processing
✅ Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
✅ You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
📌 Processing times may vary during peak seasons.
2. Shipping Times & Costs
✅ Standard shipping within Canada takes 3-7 business days.
✅ Free shipping on orders over $50 CAD.
✅ A flat shipping rate of $14.99 CAD applies to orders under $50.
🚨 We do not ship internationally at this time.
3. Lost or Delayed Shipments
✅ If your package is delayed beyond expected delivery times, please contact us.
✅ If a package is marked as delivered but not received, check with your local courier before contacting us.
📌 We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
✅ If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours.
✅ Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
